The practical details

Shipping

Everything is dispatched from Quetta after one last check on the bench.

What it costs

Delivery anywhere in Pakistan is a flat Rs 450. Orders of Rs 15,000 or more ship free — the cart shows how far off you are as you add pieces.

How long it takes

A finished piece leaves the workshop within two to four working days and reaches most cities in three to seven days after that. Turbat, Gwadar and the smaller Makran towns are usually a day or two longer than Karachi or Lahore.

If a piece is being stitched to order, the product page says how many days the work takes. That time is on top of the delivery estimate, and we will confirm the date by phone before starting.

Who calls you

The courier calls the mobile number from your order before attempting delivery. If nobody answers twice, the parcel waits at the local depot for a week and then comes back to us — so give a number that is answered during the day.

Outside Pakistan

We send parcels abroad, but not through the checkout on this site. Write to us with the piece and the destination and we will quote the route, the cost and the customs paperwork before you pay anything.
