The practical details

Returns

If a piece is wrong, tell us. If it is right but not for you, tell us that too.

Change of mind

You have fourteen days from delivery to send a piece back for a refund, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and still has its tag. Return postage is yours; the refund covers the price of the piece and reaches you within a week of the parcel arriving.

Pieces stitched to your measurements are the exception. Those cannot be resold, so we cannot take them back for a change of mind — we say so plainly before the work starts.

If something is wrong

Tell us within seven days if a piece arrives damaged, or is not what the page described. Send a photograph of the problem and keep the packaging. We pay the return postage, and you choose between a repair, a replacement or a refund.

What is not a fault

Hand work carries the record of the hand. Slight differences in stitch tension, a motif that sits a few millimetres off centre, small variation between the photograph and the piece, and thread colours that read differently in daylight are all normal. They are the reason to buy this rather than something printed.

Repairs, later on

A pulled thread or a lost mirror disc is not the end of a piece. Send us a photograph whenever it happens, however long after buying it, and we will either talk you through the fix or take it back and have the maker do it. We charge for postage and materials, not for the time.
