What we collect
At checkout: your name, email, mobile number and delivery address. That is what a courier needs to hand a parcel to the right person, and it is the whole list. We do not ask for card details anywhere on this site.
Your cart is stored in your own browser, on your own device. It is never sent to us until you place an order.
Who else sees it
The courier gets your name, address and phone number, because otherwise the parcel does not move. Nobody else does. We do not sell, rent or trade any of it, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for three years, which is what the tax rules require. Emails you send us are kept while the question is open and for a year afterwards, in case you write back about the same piece.
Asking us to delete it
Write to us with your order number and we will delete everything we are not legally required to keep, and tell you exactly what is left and why. No form, no account, no waiting period.
